“Smallville” Casts New Villain

“Smallville” Casts New Villain

January 26, 2010 By Mike Hickerson 1 Comment

rae“Smallville'”s translation of characters from the comics page to the small screen will continue this year when Silver Banshee shows up to take on the fledgling Man of Steel, reports TV Guide.

Actress Odessa Rae will take on the role of the Banshee in the upcoming 16th episode of the season.

The Banshee is a vengeful spirit of a fallen Gaelic heroine. She’s accidentally released from the underworld, and takes out her vengeance at an unassuming country bed and breakfast. Guess who just happens to be staying at the B&B? Lois (Erica Durance) and Clark (Tom Welling).
